We are the pioneer in India to manufacture, way back in 1951, 1400°C Electric Furnace under the above brand name, without any foreign know-how or collaboration, with our developed hot and cold face insulation refractories and imported Silicon Carbide Heating Elements and Temperature Controller, rendering performance comparable to the then renowned foreign make furnaces.

In those days, this achievement needed immense zeal and perseverance, which were continuously and are still being pursued by this small SSI unit, in developing higher temperature Furnaces and various equipment, some for specific purposes, to meet the growing demands of industrial development in the country.   Within a short period, became the only brand for dependable furnaces with proven performance, as those could be kept operative over decades, due to our policy of standardized and proven design.

In 1978-79, we designed and manufactured our first 1600°C Furnace with KANTHAL SUPER Heating Elements with Thyristorised Power Drive and PID Temperature Controller, both developed by in-house engineers.  Presently, we offer Furnaces up to 1800°C and have developed various Equipment, enjoying unique user satisfaction in respect of quality, efficient performance, economical operation & maintenance costs and durability, compared to other makes, indigenous and foreign.
